My fascination with how my body worked and moved grew as I played field hockey, volleyball, skied and hiked. With that came the ups and downs of learning about injuries and sore muscles. I moved to Vancouver in 2014 to attend Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program and dove deeper into learning about the muscular and skeletal systems. After graduating in 2016 with a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy, I worked for 4 years as an RMT in Vancouver and Victoria before opening my home based practice. I am passionate about creating an environment where your body feels safe and relaxed. I believe that I can be the best therapist to my patients when there is a trust formed.
